the location was convenient. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the breakfast buffet was well-stocked (the pastries were fresh!). the staff members i encountered were generally polite.
the room felt a bit dated. the bathroom needed some updating, i thought. housekeeping seemed inconsistent, sometimes missing small details. also, i found the gym to be quite small with limited equipment.

The location was excellent. It sits near Wynyard train station with many bus stops nearby. The light rail station is also close. My room was huge, just right for my needs. I enjoyed the spacious feel of the room.
The gym was quite small.

The location is great. It is easy to access transport and attractions. The pool, sauna, spa, and steam room are worth a visit (i visited all of them).
The reception staff were unhelpful and kept me waiting. This happened even when they were not busy. The bar staff did not listen to my order. I ordered a drink without ice, but it came with a full glass of ice.
